Who we are

Ocram Property Holdings Ltd (“Ocram”) is the controller of the personal data you give us on this website. Contact: gianmarco@ocramproperty.com.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, plus the investment criteria you share: cash available to invest, funding, strategies, target areas, experience, timeline and whether you could move on a deal today, and anything else you choose to tell us by email, phone or WhatsApp. Mailchimp also records when and from which IP address you signed up, as a record of your consent. When you open our emails or click a link in them, Mailchimp records this, so we can see which deals interest you.

How we use it

We use your answers to match deals to you, and we may call or WhatsApp you about deals that match your criteria. We use your answer about whether you could move on a deal today to decide who we contact first when a deal comes in. We ask for your phone number so we can call you about matching deals, so it is needed to join the list. We send deal alerts and updates with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If you decide to go ahead with a deal, we share the details needed to make the introduction with the seller, agent or solicitors involved, because you have asked us to, and we carry out any checks the law requires.

Our lawful bases are your consent for deal alerts, updates, calls and WhatsApp messages; your request, when we make an introduction for a deal you want to go ahead with; and legal obligation, for the checks the law requires.

Who processes it

We use Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, an Intuit company) to store your details and send our emails. Our email and WhatsApp providers process any messages you send us. Our website and sign-up forms run on Vercel Inc., which processes the details you submit and technical information such as your IP address, so it can deliver the site and pass your sign-up to Mailchimp. Mailchimp and Vercel may process data in the United States under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or other safeguards approved under UK law. The website’s fonts are provided by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are on our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it, apart from the minimal record needed to respect your opt-out and any records the law requires us to keep for a deal you went ahead with, such as invoices and identity checks (usually five to six years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing gianmarco@ocramproperty.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies or tracking. Your browser keeps a temporary note of your sign-up only while you finish step 2.
